Customers are required to inform PoOnHand of any critical software errors that could cause damage to the customers’ or third parties' systems. It is the customer's responsibility to install and maintain security software to protect against malware and unauthorized access. Software provided by PoOnHand is licensed, not sold, and we may automatically check your version of the software.
Our Website, content, software, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoOnHand provides no warranty except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Customers may place orders through third-party websites. Payments are processed through PayPal or other e-commerce solutions. All amounts paid by customers are non-refundable except as otherwise required by law.
