AC-to-DC rectifier diodes are used to convert AC signals into DC. They have two terminals—cathode (-) and anode (+). These diodes conduct certain amounts of current solely when in the forward bias polarization (when the anode voltage is 0.7V, approximately larger than the cathode voltage). Silicon rectifier diodes form a P-N junction as the rectifier barrier. Locate the bridge rectifier modules, other diodes, and discrete semiconductors you need using our intuitive platform.
